1. Cancellation before the office starts
Before the judicial process begins, the full amount received is refunded, minus the network fee for the return transfer.
2. After the office starts
Costs already incurred (the fee for work done and court costs already paid) are deducted and the rest is refunded. Cancellation after the signature-code step is only possible after review by support.
3. Service cannot be performed
If the service cannot be performed for reasons outside the user's control, the full amount minus the network fee is refunded.
4. Failure at the signature-code step
If, after several scheduled calls, the signature code cannot be obtained because the user is unreachable or the Sana SMS does not arrive, costs incurred are deducted and the rest is refunded.
5. Overpayment
Any excess is returned to the address the user provides.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid in USDT, only to the address the user registers in their dashboard (entered twice); usually within 2 business days of approval.
7. Non-recoverable funds
Funds sent on the wrong network, to an unofficial address or as an unofficial token cannot be recovered.
