1. Parties and scope
Iraniservice (the "Platform") is a non-governmental gateway that receives a user's information and documents and delivers them to a licensed judicial e-services office (the "Executing Office") so that the selected service (a legal declaration, a court brief or a criminal record certificate) can be performed. The Platform is not affiliated with the Iranian Judiciary.
2. Eligibility
- The user must have an active Sana account and an active SIM card registered in Sana, and be able to receive its SMS messages.
- The user is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information and documents provided.
- Each request is filed only for the applicant themselves (a natural person).
3. Authorisation
By submitting a request, the user authorises the Executing Office to act on their behalf in the judicial systems for that request only. The signature code is taken from the user only on a scheduled phone/WhatsApp call from the official number, after the operator says the request's verification phrase.
4. Payment
- Payment is made in USDT on the announced networks. Only the amount and address shown on the request's payment page are valid.
- Network and exchange withdrawal fees are borne by the user; the amount received must equal the quoted amount.
- Funds sent on the wrong network, to an unofficial address or as an unofficial token cannot be returned.
5. Timing
Stated timeframes are estimates and depend on the judicial systems, official holidays and the user's responsiveness.
6. Limitation of liability
Neither the Platform nor the Executing Office is responsible for the legal substance of text provided by the user, for the outcome of judicial proceedings or for decisions of official authorities.
7. Changes
Changes to these terms are published as a new dated version; submitted requests are governed by the version accepted at the time of submission.
